When will my order ship?
Orders typically process and ship from the NY area within 1-2 business days.
Please note during extremely busy holidays it may take an additional 1 - 2 business days for order processing.
What are your shipping rates & options?
What is UPS SurePost®?
UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service.
This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. UPS picks up the package from our warehouse, delivers it to your nearest U.S. Postal Service® (USPS), and the USPS makes the final delivery, Monday through Saturday.
This service is available in all US states and territories. Shipping to a P.O. box or APO/FPO is available using the UPS SurePost® shipping method.
Is a signature required for delivery?
A signature is not required for delivery however, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if the package is left unattended and would recommend you ship to an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, you will need to provide a physical address. We currently ship only via UPS.
Will you ship outside of the United States?
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Canada residents can shop at hankypanky.ca.

Can I add rush shipping service?
Yes! We offer Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day Expedited shipping services via UPS for orders within the contiguous US.
Orders with rush shipping that are placed after 12 PM ET will be shipped the following business day.
Expedited shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Can I change the shipping method or address on an order I already placed?
Due to the holiday rush, and the speed at which we are processing orders we are unable to update or change the shipping method on an order once it has been placed. Please place a new order if needed and return the original order once it arrives to you. Please note the holiday exchange period has been extended to 60 days for orders placed Nov 1, 2021, to Dec 16th, 2021.
How can I track my order?
You can view your order status by signing into your account. If you have your tracking number, click here to go directly to the UPS website. If you need additional assistance, please call us at 1-877-447-4811.
It has been a while, and I don't have my package. What should I do?
Please visit the UPS website, and use your tracking number (found by signing into your account) to check on delivery. If the status is “In Transit” your package may still be on the way to you. If you need additional assistance, please call us at 1-877-447-4811.
